Postage cost is $5 to any address within Australia for any size order.
Orders are sent from South Australia, via Sendle where available and Australia Post otherwise. We aim to pack and post all orders within 24 hours. If there is a delay with mailing your order we will let you know by phone or email as soon as possible after the order has been placed.
If you have advised us of your email address, you should receive tracking information directly from Sendle when your courier has been booked.
Most metro areas will receive their order 2-7 days after shipping. Delays may sometimes occur within the networks which can be frustrating we know, but is unfortunately beyond our control.
We offer international shipping to any country; please contact us on email@example.com for a quote and to place your order so we can assist you one on one.
Refunds, returns and faulty items
If you receive your parcel and something is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will discuss the options for a positive outcome.
If you receive something and it’s not quite what you expected or doesn’t meet your expectations, please email us on email@example.com and we will discuss your options. We are generally happy to refund most items that are returned in perfect and resaleable condition, excluding postage costs.
